All The Tools You Need To Build A Successful Interior Design Business
Bootcamp is a hybrid course+coaching programme, it runs live online three times a year. Each bootcamp lasts five weeks, and takes up five hours per week. Working as part of a supportive peer group, and privately 1:1 with me, we study a broad curriculum of critical business concepts, and develop your business plan, financial targets, and marketing plan.
Once you can articulate the unique selling points of your business and you know which niche you serve, when you know exactly how and where to appeal to that niche, your marketing becomes targeted and you start selling to the right audience.
Increase focus and accountability with an exciting, detailed, and comprehensive business plan that enables you to take control and drive your business towards specific goals and targets.
90 Minute e-Board Meeting
As a solopreneur you don't get the opportunity for team collaboration on business growth. Regular meetings keep you accountable and on track, and enable us to review your business and marketing plans.
We check progress against your business development targets, and discuss the functional areas of your business such as finance, operations, and I.T. We look for new opportunities and update plans for business success.
Available to Bootcamp graduates at £250 for a 90-minute e-Board Meeting. This booking includes time for me to prepare in advance and send follow up notes.
